Composition

  • Tobramycin (as Tobramycin Sulfate) – 0.3% w/v
  • Loteprednol Etabonate – 0.5% w/v​

Description

Lotegain-T Eye Drops is a combination ophthalmic suspension containing Tobramycin and Loteprednol Etabonate. Tobramycin is an antibiotic that helps eliminate bacterial infections, while Loteprednol is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and swelling in the eyes. This combination provides effective relief from infection-associated inflammation and improves overall eye comfort.

Indications

  • Treatment of bacterial eye infections
  • Inflammation and swelling in the eye
  • Redness and irritation associated with infection
  • Post-operative eye inflammation (as prescribed)

Dosage & Administration

  • Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) as directed by the doctor
  • Usually used 2 to 4 times daily depending on severity
  • Shake well before use
  • Avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination
  • Follow doctor’s instructions strictly for best results

Storage

  • Store in a cool and dry place below 30°C
  • Do not freeze
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Use within one month after opening
