  • Polyethylene Glycol 400 USP – 0.4% w/v
  • Propylene Glycol USP – 0.3% w/v
  • Sodium Hyaluronate BP – 0.15% w/v
  • Sodium Perborate BP (as preservative) – 0.028% w/v
  • Sterile Aqueous Base – q.s.

Description

Lubi-Top HA Eye Drops is a lubricating eye solution that provides deep hydration and long-lasting moisture to the eyes. It helps relieve dryness, irritation, and discomfort by forming a protective layer over the eye surface and stabilizing the tear film.

Indications

  • Dry eye
  • Temporary relief from burning and irritation due to dryness

Dosage & Administration

  • Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed
  • Dosage may vary based on severity and patient response
  • Remove contact lenses before use

Storage

  • Avoid touching dropper tip to prevent contamination
