Nepagain Eye Drops

Composition

  • Nepafenac IP – 0.1% w/v
  • Stabilized Oxychloro Complex (as preservative) – 0.01% w/v
  • Sterile Aqueous Vehicle – q.s.

Description

Nepagain Eye Drops contain Nepafenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used in the eye. It acts as a prodrug that converts into an active form inside the eye to reduce pain and inflammation effectively.

Indications

  • Post-operative pain and inflammation after cataract surgery
  • Cystoid macular edema following cataract surgery

Dosage & Administration

  • 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 3 times daily
  • Start 1 day before surgery
  • Continue on the day of surgery
  • Continue for 2 weeks after surgery or as directed by doctor

  • Store below 30°C
  • Protect from light
  • Do not freeze
  • Keep out of reach of children
