Moxigain-LP Eye Drops

Composition

  • Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride – 0.5% w/v
  • Loteprednol Etabonate – 0.5% w/v
  • Sterile Aqueous Base – q.s.

Description

Moxigain-LP Eye Drops is a combination of Moxifloxacin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic, and Loteprednol, a corticosteroid. It is used to treat bacterial eye infections along with inflammation. Moxifloxacin fights infection-causing bacteria, while Loteprednol reduces redness, swelling, and irritation, providing effective and fast relief.

Indications

  • Bacterial eye infections with inflammation
  • Redness and swelling in the eye
  • Post-operative eye inflammation
  • Conditions requiring both antibiotic and anti-inflammatory action

Dosage & Administration

  • Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 4 to 6 hours
  • In severe cases, frequency may be increased initially
  • Shake well before use
  • Avoid touching the dropper tip
  • Follow doctor’s instructions for duration

  • Store below 30°C
  • Keep in a cool and dry place
  • Protect from light
  • Do not freeze
  • Keep out of reach of children
